Hello, to whom ever is visiting this review…If you are searching to enhance yourself and trying to find the right doctor and make the right decision of your life, please see Dr. Pousti. He and his office have been such an amazing part of my life. I can’t imagine going through all of this without Dr. Pousti and his wonderful staff. My proceedures included a breast aug., a tummy tuck and a bit of lipo. I only went in for a tummy tuck but decided at that time to enhance my breasts too. What a “right” decision…I scheduled my surgery date that day! I would refer everyone I know to choose Dr. Pousti. He is not just an amazing doctor but also a honest and genuine person. I have referred him a good friend and she also feels the same way I do. I have others that will go to him when they are ready because they love what he has done for me. I am extremely happy with the breast augmentation and liposuction Dr. Pousti performed. Dr. Pousti really earned my respect at the initial consultation by having his current patients in various stages of recovery there at his office for me to interview. I enjoyed and learned a lot from their first-hand accounts. This contact with current patients, Dr. Pousti’s careful listening to my likes and dislikes, and his experience sealed the deal for me in choosing him to be my surgeon. The staff was also incredibly knowledgeable and well trained to answer any question I had throughout the whole process. Dr. Pousti was also very thorough during my recovery immediately following surgery. I was surprised at how little discomfort there was! I would definitely return to Dr. Pousti should the need arise, and I highly recommend him to my friends and family. Dr. Pousti really gave me more confidence in my appearance and myself.

I came to Dr. Pousti a year ago to inquire about a tummy tuck and a breast lift/augmentation. After 4 children my breasts had lost most of their volume and were saggy. I also had sagging skin on my stomach from carrying 4 large babies. I wanted to return my figure back to its pre-baby state. I had all 3 procedures done in April of 2007 and couldn’t be happier! I feel like my old self. My breasts look better than I imagined they ever could and I have a cute little belly button again! Dr. Pousti and his staff are extremely professional and very attentive. My questions and concerned were always answered. One concern I had while looking for a surgeon was after-care. Dr. Pousti saw me at regular intervals after the surgery to ensure that I was healing properly. This made recovery so much better. I wasn’t worried and was able to relax because I was seen often. If you are someone that is looking for a great person as well as a great doctor than look no more! I highly recommend this doctor and this office.

It has been 8 months since my surgery and i could not be happier. I had done my research(many years) and met a few plastic surgeons along the way. Dr. Pousti was my last to meet. I just knew when i met him that he would be the one to perform surgery on me. He knew exactly what I wanted. It was a very pleasant consultation. He was very attentive, never felt rushed nor pressured. He is a very kind person. Plus his staff are wonderful and very helpful. His consultation is free so you have nothing to lose! He is truly an artist!

I had my breast Augmentation over a year ago and am very happy with my results. I picked Dr. Pousti because he was genuine, caring and did not push me to make any decisions & said I could come back anytime and talk with his patients before making any final decisions. It was after speaking to his patients & seeing real-life results that I knew Dr. Pousti was the Doctor for me. He has terrific beside manner & makes his patients feel unique & special. I had breast implants 2 1/2 months ago. Before the surgery, I had lost a lot of breast tissue from birth control. I went from a size 34 full C to a 34 small B. Because I had lost so much tissue, my breast became very saggy. I saw several plastic surgeons in the San Diego area, before meeting Dr. Pousti.

After leaving the other plastic surgeons offices, I had always felt like I was just another $$. Some of them made comments like “I can do the surgery in under an hour!” That scared me immensely. Through the next 3 weeks, I visited Dr. Pousti’s office regularly, not only getting to know him and his wonderful staff, but also being able to meet more patients and felt more comfortable about the big step I was going to take. My main message for women that are considering this surgery; Check each surgeon out thoroughly; ask to speak with previous patients. Be extremely cautious with any surgeon who won’t provide you with references, because there must be a reason. Also when searching for a surgeon, don’t just look at the price, make sure that the surgeon cares about each of his patients and cares about the result they receive. Dr. Pousti is that surgeon.

I initially came across Dr. Pousti’s name on one of the many plastic surgery forums and the more sites I visited, the more his name camp up. About 6 years ago after 20 years of dealing with DDD breasts, I found Dr. Pousti online and read some of the testimonials from other patients and decided on going in for a consultation.  I was really comfortable and impressed with Dr. Pousti right away.  I scheduled my appointment for that August.  I told Dr. Pousti that I wanted to go down to a small C, medium D cup.  The day of my scheduled surgery, the staff and Dr. Pousti made me feel very relaxed and even played my favorite Garth Brooks as I drifted off to sleep.  When I awoke in the recovery room, I actually felt no pain and was surprised.  The rest of the day I slept.  Over the next few days, I felt increasingly better, by the 5th day I actually went to a girlfriend’s birthday party.

It has now been 6 years since by surgery and I am so happy – my scars are hardly noticeable.  I am able to do things that I couldn’t do before with my over sized breasts! When I was considering getting breast augmentation redone, I was looking at a doctor in California I have seen on the television to do my surgery. Turns out he doesn’t do new surgeries anymore. Well, thank God he doesn’t because I immediately came across Dr. Pousti online and started researching right away. I had an instant feeling of comfort reading all the great experiences he had given his patients and seeing all the improved pictures they had posted. I literally ready every single thing on each case that I could see. My fiancée is the kind of person who wants to meet people in person before he decides to make big decisions, so we set up a consultation. We flew to California and met the staff and Dr. Pousti. I LOVE THEM AND SO DID HE! Not only did Dr. Pousti know what he was doing as far as having the education, and licenses…he was warm, friendly and funny. It was a winning situation all around. Vanessa was so easy to talk to and looked beautiful. Margie was the same we absolutely loved her! I think it really says a ton about the doctor how his staff operates and treats you. I had no concerns when I was in their office except when can we operate? I had breast augmentation in New York about ten years ago and was a bit disappointed in how it turned out. Dr. Pousti heard what I didn’t care for and changed it them to nice, big, even, round breasts that have awesome cleavage if I may so myself:) The coolest part is that I saw pictures of the labiaplasty and wanted that as well. The embarrassment of having extra labia I never wanted is now gone. I still can’t believe it…I am so happy! Praise God for Dr. Pousti and the way he treats and helps people feel more secure and beautiful. Please let everyone know that I am VERY HAPPY with my results thus far.  Of course, the swelling could go down, but I have to take that up with my own body.  I am astonished at how well my breasts look.  The incision that Dr. Pousti made is healing up very nicely – hardly noticeable.  And the sizing is PERFECT.  Not too big, not too small – just right for my body frame.  How does he do it?    My tummy is healing very nicely as well, and is 1000 times better then where I started from.   In all honesty, I am amazed at what I see.  I could almost get away with a bikini.  I could never say that before.

I cannot thank Dr. Pousti and his wonderful staff enough for the experience that I had during my journey through breast augmentation.  Dr. Pousti came highly recommended from my best friend, who also had breast augmentation with Dr. Pousti and his team.  I had thought about breast augmentation surgery for 10 years, and have been to several consultations throughout the years.  After having my twins, I was left with saggy and deflated breasts and wanted this surgery even more so than before.  I decided to schedule my consultation with Dr. Pousti because my best friend works in the medical field and I trusted her judgment in choosing a board certified surgeon.  The consultation far exceeded my expectations and without any hesitation, I just knew that Dr. Pousti was the only board certified surgeon that would perform this surgery on me.  I was so confident in Dr. Pousti and his staff that I scheduled for my breast surgery right away.

My story is a bit unique in that my Mother and I had breast surgery performed by Dr. Pousti on the same day.  We have gone through this journey together since day one and neither of us had ever imagined that our experiences would be this positive. I have always gone to my Mother for advice throughout life and I knew that if she trusted Dr. Pousti, so did I.  Every time we have had an appointment, we are treated with the utmost respect and are made to feel extremely comfortable.  Dr. Pousti and the girls that work for him are the friendliest people I have ever come into contact with in the medical field.  One of my biggest concerns with having breast augmentation was finding a surgeon that was going to listen to what I wanted and not just what the surgeon thought would look good to them.  I did not want my breasts to look “fake”, but just wanted them filled out and perky again.  Dr. Pousti listened to every word I said and I cannot thank him enough for that. This is a Doctor that truly cares for his patients and this kind of care is hard to come by anymore.  My breasts have turned out perfect and they are exactly what I imagined that they would look like. I am now about 6 weeks post operation.  Dr. Pousti is so precise and detail oriented that it’s hard to tell where my incision was. This doctor is passionate about what he does and is a true artist!

I want to also thank the team that works with Dr. Pousti in the surgery center. I was well taken care of on the day of surgery by Dr. Pousti, his nurses and the anesthesiologist.  Again, my expectations were far exceeded.  I was given warm blankets and kept very comfortable as I was waiting for Dr. Pousti to finish my Mom’s breast surgery.  Dr. Pousti talked about my goals right before the surgery as well and made markings on my chest to show how these goals would be achieved.  When I woke up, I was right next to my Mom in the recovery area.  We recovered together in the hospital for a while, and then we were helped into the car and headed home. Dr. Pousti’s staff called us everyday for a week to check on us and answered any questions or concerns. I still received phone calls about 2-3 weeks after surgery.  This whole team genuinely cares about their patient’s well being and are eager to help in any way they can.  I would recommend Dr. Pousti to anyone, hands down.  You wont find a better doctor out there who is double board certified and who listens to what you want as a patient.  I would do this all over again in a heartbeat.  I am considering a tummy tuck in the future with Dr. Pousti as well.  Once again, thank you to all of the lovely ladies who took such good care of me. I researched for months for a doctor who would truly listen to my needs of what I wanted my breasts to look like. After meeting Doctor Pousti and his staff I knew that I had finally found a doctor that I was comfortable with. I had my consultation appointment in the Murrieta office and four months later had the surgery in San Diego. I will warn you that the first three days were hell. I had to have help with everything and all I wanted to do was sleep. After the fourth day, I was able to stay awake for longer periods of time but still needed help sitting up and lifting things. During my first follow up appointment I was able to see what they looked like for the first time. Going into the surgery I was a small A cup and slightly uneven. Three days after the surgery I was huge! My breasts were so hard and bruised. About two weeks later I went in for a check up with some concerns about my left breast sitting lower than the right. Doctor Pousti assured me that it was normal. Some women’s breast will drop at the same time but because mine were uneven in the beginning it might take a bit longer for my right breast to drop. I continued to have weekly check up appointments and after eight months the right breast had finally dropped. I am now almost three years from my surgery and don’t regret any of my decisions. I am very pleased with my new body and would do it again. Doctor Pousti was knowledgeable and supportive during the process along with his office staff.

I went to Dr. Pousti in April 2010 for a breast augmentation. A neighbor of mine recommended him to me. During the consultation I was able to meet many women who were in the office for appts. All the women had just gotten there breasts done. It was nice to know right away what his work looked like first hand. I called back next day to book a surgery day On the day of surgery everything went very smooth and was easy. No pain at all or nausea when I woke up just a short 60 minutes after surgery had started. The painkillers and muscle relaxers did the trick the first week. No pain at all. I stayed on top of the meds and the first week went well. Every day after surgery someone from the office called to check on me. It was very reassuring to know they cared about my recovery and wanted to make sure I had no questions or concerns. A few sharp pains on one side (due to the nerves reconnecting), but nothing that brought me to my knees. A year post op I went back for scar revision. I had gotten such big implants that my skin stretched so much I had a little bit bigger scar then I wanted. The surgery was painless, with the exception of nerves, and only took about 20 minutes. I am 2 weeks post op from the scar revision and they look amazing! You can barley see the scar at all. I love the size of my breasts and can’t wait to go back after having my kids to go bigger and get a lift if I need it. What I love most is all of these post ops and scar revisions are covered in the initial cost. Totally worth it! I live Dr. Pousti and his staff. They always make you feel comfortable and confident.
